Capitalizing on entrepreneurial spirit and keen business acumen, Gëzim also established several real estate investment companies and a hospitality agency in London, laying the groundwork for a robust portfolio of investments.

In 2021, after nearly three decades abroad, he returned full-time to Albania, bringing extensive experience and expertise back to his homeland.

Gëzim has an extensive background in real estate development and hospitality, both in UK and Albania, having developed hotels, spa facilities and restaurants, redefining Albanian hospitality, and laying the foundation for the Ora Alpine development.
